1. The service

daamokay is a free AI assistant that helps you choose products — starting with phones — by giving recommendations based on a regularly updated database of devices and prices. The service is provided “as is”.

2. Acceptance

By using daamokay you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

3. Recommendations are informational

  • Recommendations are generated automatically to help you decide. They are suggestions, not professional or financial advice.
  • Prices shown are indicative and collected from market data. Retailer prices change frequently — always verify the final price and availability on the retailer's own page before purchasing.
  • We don't sell products and are not party to any purchase you make with a retailer.

4. Fair use

  • Don't abuse, overload or attempt to disrupt the service.
  • Don't scrape or resell the service's output at scale.
  • Don't use the service to break any applicable law.

We may limit or suspend access that violates these rules.

5. Accounts

You may use daamokay without an account. If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. You can stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time.

6. Intellectual property

The daamokay name, logo and site content belong to daamokay. Brand names and product names mentioned in recommendations belong to their respective owners. You may share links to our pages freely.

7. Third-party links

Recommendations may point to external retailers or manufacturers. We don't control those pages and aren't responsible for their content, prices or practices.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, daamokay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on recommendations or price information provided by the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Changes take effect when posted here with a new “last updated” date.
